I have been preparing medico legal reports for the assistance of the Civil Courts since 1999 These reports have been for the purpose of Child care proceedings, Personal injury cases and patients with post traumatic stress disorder as well a significant number of reports in Employment Tribunals including a large number of Disability Discrimination Act Assessment. I also prepare reports for the Crown Prosecution Service for individuals with mental illness who are facing criminal proceedings. Reports are typically completed within one week of instruction to CPR and CrPR standards.

I have developed a strong reputation for my medico-legal reports which are thorough, clear, robust and comply with the Woolf Reforms. Further to this is, I am frequently instructed by Solicitors for additional reports across firms and via recommendations.

I am the Senior Consultant Psychiatrist in N & S Consultants Limited which is a rapid growing dedicated Psychiatrists Expert Witness Medico-legal practice consisting of 18 Consultant Psychiatrists. Now covering all sub-specialities of Psychiatry with the ability of being able to offer Psychiatrist Expert Witness Reports to Solicitors in all aspects of law with short waiting times.

I have been preparing medico legal reports for the assistance of the Civil Courts for the last 8 years. These reports have been for the purpose of Child care proceedings, Personal injury cases and for patients with post traumatic stress disorder as well a significant number of reports for the Crown Prosecution Service for patients with severe mental illness who are facing criminal proceedings.

My Masters Degree in ‘Medical Law and Ethics’ from the University of Keele has provided me with an even firmer foundation to compile and develop court reports to the highest professional standards.

Further to this I have completed a comprehensive professional courses in Advanced Report Writing - June 2005, Medical Report Writing and Giving Expert Evidence in Court developed by Professional Solutions and Services Limited – April 2004.
